This timeline covers the minutes of approximately 1500 meetings.  Wars were never announced, federal programs went unremarked and no reports of advances in technology recorded. Problems caused by lack of tax money and men being overseas show the effects of depression or war and decisions about how to take advantage of new equipment point to  how the world was changing.  Our municipality has been able to develop from a very simple beginning to what we have today because ratepayers, reeves and councillors were willing to try their best one decision at a time.  Administrators and employees developed their skills to meet each new challenge.
